Accommodation Bradford Limited - Policies / Terms & Conditions


Apartments:


- All stays have to be covered by £100 deposit. Accommodation Bradford will require direct payment which has to be done prior to arrival.


- I will be charged accordingly for the following: smoking in a guest room, excessive debris removal and/or damage to the guest room

- The hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables & for items left in guest rooms after departure.


- Locked out of the room you will be charge £30 If you lost keys & or fob you will be charged £50.


- Late checks outs will be charged at £10 per hour.

- Check-ins after hours. Subject to availability.

- 8 - People per check-in allowance

- All the customers have to be over 21 years of age.

- Parties and pets are not allowed.

- Noise and nuisances past 10 pm every day of a week will not be tolerated. Accommodation Bradford staff has a right to approach customers causing disturbance.

- Anti - social behaviour, illegal activity & smoking within the premises will not be tolerated.

- Sharing Key Safe Code OR passing keys to the property to third parties are forbidden.


- Accommodation Bradford Staff has right to approach customers and ask for their proof of ID at any point of the stay.

- It is required by guests to use communal areas of our property with respect.


- Breaching any of the above might result in a £50 fine and/or termination of the stay. We reserve the right to terminate your stay, if any of the above are not adhered too. 


Double Rooms & Twin Rooms:

- Breaching any of the above might result in a £50 fine and/or termination of the stay.  We reserve the right to terminate your stay, if any of the above are not adhered too.

1. Full payment of the reservation must be made prior to check-in.


2. We operate a strictly no smoking policy throughout our property.


3. Sorry unfortunately we do not host guests under 21.


4. Pets are not permitted anywhere within the property.


5. Accommodation Bradford take no responsibility for loss or damaged of personal belongings.


6. We reserve the right of admission.


7. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our property. 


8. Registration Cards have to be signed before arriving to the property.


CANCELLATION POLICY


Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate you checking with your booking provider.


In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.



HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - terms & conditions



  1. All customers staying with us 4 or more nights are eligible for housekeeping service free of charge. Service is free of charge every 96h during your stay and must be booked using our calendar (please note if you do not book, housekeeping will not attend).
  2. If your are out at the time of housekeeping, we will use our keys to enter & conduct your housekeeping. If you are in, we ask you to please vacate the room and wait in the communal area whilst housekeeping is conducted.
  3. Housekeeping is scheduled, and we will do our upmost to be on time, but we reserve the right to attend up 15 minutes before or after your chosen time. 
  4. Accommodation Bradford Limited takes no responsibility for any loss / or damage during housekeeping service.
